Your role:
  • Communication center of the office
  • Accurate and detailed time tracking of yourself and the owner
  • Take notes at meetings and follow up on all matters
  • Preparing agendas and performing research for meetings
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and efficient office workspace for your team
  • Assist with administrative duties including answering phones, processing mail, banking, purchasing, scanning, and filing
  • Assist in maintaining a social media presence
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Assist with coordinating and booking travel arrangements
Role Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable talking to people
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Eagerness to learn with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Strong note-taking, research, and writing skills
