What do you like the most about being part of the Garritano team?
The best thing about being part of the Garritano team is working with great people who are dedicated, honest, and hardworking! We all understand the importance of our client relationships, and the importance of quality service.
What is the best advice you have ever been given and why?
If you don't have the time to do it right the first time, where do you find the time to do it again! Anything worth doing is worth doing well, otherwise don't waste your time.
What have you done or achieved that you are most proud of and why?
I like to say I have been blessed and lucky to have been able to have a long and fulfilling career while raising my three children. I have learned so much and grown so much professionally over the past 34 years, all while watching my children grow up into successful adults who are all really good people!
How do you define leadership?
I would like to believe that leading by example is the best approach. Give people a good role model to emulate. Treating people with respect and gently guiding them will yield the best results in my opinion!
